Great customer service! At a lot of the other vape shops in the area, workers look at me like I’m speaking a different language if I ask for coils or anything that isn’t a disposable. The guy here picked out the perfect new tank for me and was very knowledgeable & friendly- will be coming back!

My girlfriend ordered tea from here and asked me to pick it up for her. Place was super difficult to find. When I mentioned that to the owner, they were extremely rude. This, after completely ignoring me on walking in. On top of that, the tea didn’t taste good. I can’t imagine ever going here again.

I've been coming back to this place anytime I'm in Tampa. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. Also having the best tasting kratom is one more reason to visit PURELY VAPOR. HIGHLY recommend.

They have the best kratom around. And they are soo super friendly. Maui (adorable pup) is so sweet I love seeing her when I come in to grab a tea this is definitely my favorite kratom spot in Tampa. Super clean no grit
