I went up there a few months ago and was looking for a piece and couldn't decide and then Luke gave me a hand and helped me find what was right for me. I've been back a handful of times and always get great service as well as prices. Definitely a cool place to check out.

Awesome shop, Lucas is a very knowledgeable and helpful employee. I visited for some vapes and Lucas had information on almost every thing I asked about, he was also was very positive and showed me around the store to where I found some glass I really liked. Overall the shop is great and has lower prices compared to other shops in the area and the employees make it worth revisiting, ask for Lucas when you visit.

Purchased small glass piece yesterday for $30 plus tax. Asked the person who sold it to me if they were durable which he ensured me they were - this becomes relevant as believe it or not - the bowl shattered into pieces before I made it home, sitting loosely in bubble wrap, inside it's bag, on my passenger seat. I came back today, showed the brand new/unused yet shattered piece and asked for a replacement - I was told no refunds or replacements are ever given and this apparently also applies to vape pens that don't work. I have purchased from here before but if that is how you treat customers when something breaks I no longer will - I thought others should be aware; what a bummer business. There are plenty of others to support. Edited to respond as reply isn't available: I had no issue with the customer service, the person who helped me was great. The bubble wrap was loose and open in the bag when I opened it actually, but regardless, the issue IS quality as in my case, what I bought broke which you've ignored and now tried to focus that on your employee's service which I never complained about. Confirmed: bummer business. Also, just for fun - I got 2 larger replacements elsewhere (Odessa) for $23 total and he slammed both into the counter before I bought them after hearing my story and said come on back if these break LOL That's what I'm talking about man.
