Upon arrival I looked for a sign that said I could use a card and then I asked to make sure you could use a card. They said yes. Got my purchase and she said my total was $52.24. But im going to charge the card $55 and give you cash back. I thought this was very weird. She put the receipt on the bag and stapled it shut. I opened the bag when I got home and there was a separate receipt for an ATM transaction of $58.50 And my card was charged 58.50. Why was there no mention of the additional charge? And a separate atm transaction receipt for a different amount?

Been a medical patient in Ohio for 7 years now. I’ve shopped at just about every dispensary you can think of in the entire state of Ohio. I’m a firm supporter of shopping local and supporting small businesses, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Thrive crew! Staff is always super informative about the products. I have yet to purchase a product that I didn’t like, and I’m somewhat of a picky old-school enthusiast. I won’t spend my money anywhere else. You won’t find a more comforting experience if anywhere in Ohio like you will at Thrive if you’re a first-timer! 🙌

I'll say it's partially my fault. I should have done my research better but I purchased a product I really wasn't sure about and I even ask the "bud tender" not sure what they call the staff but I was assured what I was buying was a (flower) smoking product. He assured me it was. Leaf trimmings is not the flower and it is not recommended for smoking. Its recycled for tea and baking. I called asking for an exchange because the misunderstanding. I believed I was buying shake. The product was not opened. I was told no because there was no error in the purchase. Other than the fact there is no flower in trim and you don't smoke it. So don't buy this and do your research first because they won't help you out. I'm out 100 for leaf trimmings I was lead to believe was flower.

Love this place... Never had an issue. Respects our Armed Forces personel. Would highly recommend if your around.

They're to expensive and yesterday I visited didn't realize you couldn't take the product out in your vehicle in the parking lot and the guy they had come out was rude as hell acted like he was going to yank me out of the truck and attack me so I called today and I get ignored and left on the line while I was talking with the manager is it disrespectful and rude behavior I was the first time offender who didn't realize he broke the rule
