Was treated very rudely and it’s embarrassing, not many people were to informed on stuff and the one girl who came up to me said “idk I’m new to this position” decided that she wanted to make things a big deal I believe her name was Mallory but not 100percent sure… the bud tender was actually phenomenal though…. Overall I would go to another dispensary over this one and won’t be recommending this place.

BEST DISPENSARY IN COLUMBUS! I’ve been to multiple, and the customer service combined with the range of products at AYR Lewis Center tops all of them. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Zach, and he was really a joy to interact with. I know it can be a little anxious shopping at the dispensary, but he made the whole process a breeze and even gave me helpful tips for the products I brought. If you’re from out of state, don’t expect out of state prices! This is the best it gets in Columbus. Thanks again!

Kate took great care of me at my first visit! I didn’t feel rushed and gave quality recommendations after truly listening to my needs. She helped me navigate sales to get the best deals. Will definitely be back. 10/10 new patient experience all around

I know this review likely won’t change anything, but if it prevents even one person from wasting their time and money at this location, it’s worth writing. I’ve been a customer here since the day this store opened. Customer service has always been inconsistent, but today’s experience permanently ended my relationship with this business. First, the pace of service is unacceptably slow. This has been a consistent issue from day one. Even when there is no line and the parking lot is empty, expect a long wait. The staff move at a lethargic pace, appearing disengaged and inattentive. The only way to get in and out is through the drive-thru. Today, I accidentally purchased the wrong cartridge — a pod that requires a specific battery. I realized the mistake within minutes of the purchase and immediately called the store. The first employee I spoke with informed me that in situations like this, customers are often given a complimentary battery, and asked me to hold briefly. When the manager, Eric, came on the line, the interaction took a sharp turn. His tone was condescending from the start. He stated that because the item was pre-ordered, the only option was a half-off discount on the battery. I pushed back, reasonably, because I had just been told that other customers were given the battery for free. What was far more concerning than the policy itself was how I was spoken to. I calmly told Eric that his tone was condescending and inappropriate. His response was to tell me that “maybe I need to learn more words” because he was basically tired of repeating himself and I guess didn’t care enough to do anything but be nasty.That comment alone speaks volumes . Eric should not be in any type of customer facing role. This was a minor, easily resolvable issue that could have been handled with basic professionalism and empathy. Instead, it escalated because a manager chose arrogance over customer care. At that point, I ended the conversation. I have been a loyal, consistent customer despite months of poor service. That loyalty meant nothing today. I will be escalating this to corporate because someone who lacks emotional intelligence, accountability, and basic respect for customers should not be in a leadership position, let alone managing a store.
