The questionnaire is thorough yet easy to fill out. Doctor called me immediately, was very kind, and got my paperwork done in no time. It was a really great experience, I can't believe I put it off for so long! *Reading other reviews really solidified my fear of getting the card before, scared I'd have to prove my 'invisible illness'. I'm so happy this is now such a painless process.

I've been a medical marijuana patient since the pilot program started in IL. It was a nervewracking process--even renewals. Every time renewal rolled around I would get so anxious and fear that I would have to "prove" how sick I am which is hard when my issues are felt and not seen.
