I recently made a review of a 2 star due to a experience I had below. After this experience. Both customer service and the General Manger reached out to me on two different phone calls . As business can't always be perfect and can make mistakes with many things customer service products etc. But however it's how those things are overcome and addressed. I can say after the phone calls and great conversation and the lengths they went to make sure this doesn't happen again and how they completely satisfied me with the way they handled my original review Top notch customer service so was more than happy and excited to give them a 5 star review!!!! Great Job Rise and GTI !!! Not a good experience with the staff the past two previous times rude in their tone when speaking to you . Questions I had about my points today staff member was rude . I live out of town in wich has two dispensarys in it so I don't NEED to stop . I always have stopped at this rise when I come through Effingham. Last two experiences I will not be back after loosing 30 dollars in points and being talked to during the questions about them .
