Today was a great night because Jacob helped us a lot with the coils and vapes. And we are so happy to get a good vape! Is good to have a good advisor with good sense of humor and he prepared our vape . He is the best for sure! ask for Jacob!

This place is great except the guy that works there on the cash. I asked for if they have 4th of July discount and he said no even tho on the door they had discounts on the vape. I said it’s okay I’ll buy it. Then he asked for my ID and I told sure I have a picture of it and he said nah like very low key disrespectfully I have to have the actual one, even tho I WAS THERE YESTERDAY AND I BOUGHT PRE ROLLS WITHOUT AN ID!!! I said it’s okay I’ll go get from my car but honestly after they attitude and his mouth was full of some food or something kept burping it was honestly a bad experience and I won’t be coming back. But the other 2 girls are very nice and respectful and answered my questions peacefully when I came couple of times before.

Oliver has such excellent customer service and helped me out with exactly what I needed. Very friendly and he deserves a promotion and a raise because he is such a hard worker.

***edit*** Came back in to the store on Sunday 3/24, and am very glad that I did. I had wanted to give it one more shot since I love this store so much, and was kindly greeted by the manager. He was extremely professional, and explained the situation and the changes they have been going through. The employee I had previously had a bad experience with is no longer working there, and after speaking with the manager I'm happy to say that the situation has been rectified. Thank you, Rock N' Roll It! Would rate 0 stars if possible. Have been frequenting this location for 2 years now, often times several times a week. We have always had great experiences with Kate and Yasmeen; but after coming in today and meeting the new staff, I don't think we'll be coming back. We were greeted by a new staff member, and asked for two salt nic products with a sign right next to them that said "Buy one, Get one Free." Cool. Upon checking out the promo isn't coming up, so we switch to another product that once again has a promo advertised. Total still isn't adding up. The girl admits she has no idea what's going on but that they just must not be on sale, and she can't speak with her manager or honor the advertised promotion. She informs us that everything is a mess and that's why they let go of all the old staff, yet we have never had issues coming here until now. It wasn't a mess before, but certainly is now from this customers perspective.
