Place actually closes at 9:45! I got there exactly at 9:45 but the door was locked! Security said that they do a last call at 9:45 but there I was at exactly 9:45 showing security that it was 9:45 exactly. If they did do last call then that means you let the last person in at 9:45 and then you lock the doors after 9:45…… This is a hard close at 9:45….. If you are going to close the store at 9:45 then you need to update the time on the front door!!!!! You deserve zero stars! If I can’t buy something at the time that the store says it’s open, then yeah you get one star. Should be zero. Change the time on your door!!!!!

Horrible service and false advertising. They say on Tuesday they have a 30% discount on alien labs but it's only 1 product. The staff is ride and does not offer any explanation. Responds with attitude when all I wanted was reasoning. Heavy set guy. Couldn't get a name. Manager said there's nothing that can be done and no names can be given because they can't give names. Last time I go there. They don't give names so they don't have to be accountable for their disgusting service.

ive been here since it opened. Im here so frequently that employees recognize me. i usually always have an issue where my passport doesn't work with the system and ive gotta wait minutes to get let in by the security. ive usually been okay with it but today i was waiting for a very long time and while i was waiting the security decided to check in other customers before continuing with me. they were getting out of the store by the time i was getting in. i understand the system doesn't always work well or that it can be laggy but i dont think that should be my problem every time i come to the store. im okay with waiting but why should i have to wait for other customers who came in after me? it seems like im the only one who has this issue and i dont know why this problem has been ongoing for over a month now.

Sold me a defective Stiiizy cartridge. Refused to exchange it. Told me to go through the manufacturer. Other dispensaries have exchanged defective merch so I know this place is just shady.
I’ll never shop here again. I suggest you shop where they STAND BY THEIR MERCHANDISE!

Great dispensary, grand opening today went so smoothly and 150 bongs were given out as promised. Great employees so far.
