Budtender claiming to be “manager” is very unprofessional and kept getting an attitude on every request I had; such as asking to smell multiple jars, and questions about product. Then she began yelling at me and told me to leave her store because I asked her to weight my flower separately. It made me sad because I love deanz and I spends 1000s of dollars here.

I go to a few off the Deena green location and I never have a problem with the other 2 locations but the workers at this location just seem to hate there job. They don’t answer phones, rude and bad customer service in person. I spend thousands here I expect a bit more transparency

I'm poor and have been using cannabis for almost 40 years. The half ounce special means that I never run out. The staff has always been amazing.

I love Dean's Greenz! All of the staff here is incredibly kind, and they're all their own characters (see what I did there? Used all the "there's").
Anywho, big thank you to Jason who helped us recently. Coming to this place gives you restored hope in humanity.

I was just in to get a few things to get my day started and got a wonderful greeting from my man JOSH! He’s very Knowledgeable in all the products that they sell, but the one thing that caught my eye above everything else was his excellent energy, the customer service was phenomenal and I felt like I was a friend more than a customer. I’ve been going to this spot for a year or so since I moved out here and usually go on the weekend ( just for time convenient). The day however was different than my usual life schedule but Man!!!! that energy in that customer service will truly truly stay forever. Good people are still out there and YOU CAN FIND JOSH HERE WITH THE SAME ENERGY!!!!
