I must say! I spent 130 dollars for seedy weed. Shame on you guys. And they recommended it too. And the smoke wasnt even clean. Taste like nutes and tons of seed. Gave me a headache on top of a bad deal. Wont be going back there. Good job on buying garbage weed to sell. Easy to do with all sales final.

I’m glad this place has such positive feedback, because I don’t want to see a small business fail, but all I can say is the people who go here are gluttons for punishment. Accessibility is bad (but that’s not really their fault), the so called “budtenders” (not all of them) are wretched to the point of being incomprehensibly rude. Im constantly overcharged for items and the women there act like you offended them personally just by walking through the front door. The atmosphere is similar to that of a loud bar full of drunkards, where the employees are often screaming at a football game or at each other. It also looks very unfinished, as if the owners were forced to put up a barely functional store in the shortest amount of time possible, but in their defence the building is green, so ya know, marijuana. Their website also gives off serious uncanny-valley vibes. The logo doesn’t fit in the header of the page, almost everything is off center, there are typos, and they’re clearly using placeholder photos because they couldn’t be bothered to put in any effort. It’s actually mind boggling how bad it is, and to this day I can’t figure out if this is a real business or a halfway home. And lastly, I want to talk about their so called “deals”. I’ve noticed many people praise them for having cheap product, but in my opinion they’re $5 to $15 more expensive than their competitors on average. Mondays are 30% off, but even with the discount they’re still more expensive than most shops I’ve been to on any given day. I suspect they may be artificially raising their prices on days where they give sales to give the illusion that you’re saving money, which is illegal in most of the world by the way. Think about that the next time you decide to part with your hard earned money. And I have accrued thousands of points with their membership program, but to this day I couldn’t tell you what it does and how or why I should bother using them. At the end of the day this is a store that will sell you pot, but if you like being treated with respect, value transparency, and don’t want to perpetuate bad business practice, then my suggestion is to go anywhere else.

This place is fantastic. The guy that helped me out was so wonderful and allowed me to take my time. He answered all of my questions. I am from out of town but I will definitely be coming back. I got eight joints for 23 bucks. They take medical.

I have been coming here for years. Bud tender sold me the wrong product. Mistakes happen, no big deal. Came in to exchange within minutes of buying the item and pay the difference of there was one, no problem. They refused to take back the product because it had been opened. Another bud tender admited to this happening all the time because the packaging looks too similar. Won't ever come back here again. Good job losing a long time customer. There are plenty of other recreational stores I can take my business and won't refuse to exchange my product over petty bull nosed customer service practices. You guys are clowns!

Very knowledgeable tenders, everyone is fantastically friendly, and their rewards program is awesome! They have excellent discount days as well!!! I won't go anywhere else anymore!!!

Very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I have taken classes in cannabis since i use it medicinally and have a medical card for cannabis. I communicated my needs looking for products to treat challenges and they knew exactly what i needed. From taking courses on my own online and researching after the transaction I was satisfied the budtender knew their stuff and i am so grateful. Definitely worth the drive and will be back when I need more.

Everyone has great personalities and are very knowledgeable and helpful. If I could give them a 10, I would. Also, they have a great sale every Monday.

The staff here at Northwest cannabis are wonderful they know exactly what you need when you need it and how you need it! They fixed my scar on my face from grease in 2 DAYS OMG IT WAS GONE!! I LOVE YOU GUYS! ❣️😙

Let me start off by saying this is one of the best shops around been going here for years since they open great knowledgeable budtenders owners are great people. With all that said unfortunately this review is just the management side of things went in today to buy a microbar/cartridge got half way down the street after purchasing can tell the bar was clogged usual fixes its self in a couple hits this one didn't turned back around to replace the bar I purchased just 10 min ago I figured no problem they have always been great there never had an issue like this before. Walk in store for return budtender calls for management (ricky) Ricky say let's go outside and try and fix it then goes on to say see I lf I just replace this I'll get in trouble not you at this point I told Ricky i buy these all the time it's shot not working he replies with (man I swear people here) I replied people you mean a customer that has been coming here for years Ricky. I sit there I disbelief remember at one point even had to tell him calm down he tells me with receipt it hand I need to see original packaging so I go too my car to get packaging give it to Ricky after he got everything he asked for he goes I'm going to have you come back and talk to the owner I said that's fine no worries I can do that in same breath changes his mind throws a new cartridge on table says here get out of here and don't come back said no problem. Owners might want to put this kid (ricky) back on as a budtender we're he started learning the basics customer service because he's bringing your business down as a whole take it from a customer you just lost since your grand opening customer's best prices around but with management like this maybe it worth going down the street and paying the couple extra bucks won't be going here anymore🤙

I drive my Son there. He's 37 and gets great deals there. I'm not able to go in because of my asthma. And my son is trying different items for my back pain because I do not like to feel high. And they are working so well with us to figure out what I can and cannot use.
