On May 3rd 2022 at 11:49 am I purchased a disposable cartridge and a “pie hoe” cartridge from the location at 11476 South 72nd St, Papillion, NE 68046. (This location is nowhere to be found online) I was overcharged for two of the cartridges which are $45.79 each. I did not realize until later in the day, which then I tried to contact the business but no answer, so I called another location, eventually I was able to get an email to send my complain to and ask for a refund. I sent a picture of my receipt and told them to check the cameras and their stock because I did not receive two of them. I thought it was a mistake and it could be fixed very simply. I finally got a phone call today, from a personal phone number (I never received her named) but she is an administrative assistant to the owner. She told me she checked the cameras and even counted the stock herself TODAY and 1. Did not see me on the cameras that day at all and 2. Counted the stock herself and said that all of their numbers were correct. I was on the phone for about 10-15 minutes telling her to check the cameras again. She said the time of my receipt was not adding up with the cameras and that there was a man there at that time. Savana was the girl who checked me out. I remember the entire conversation. I had never tried either of those things so why would I buy two of them that I didn’t know if I liked or not? I made it clear that I want my money back but because she told me she checked the cameras and couldn’t not verify that I was even in the store that day, there is nothing else she could do. I told her I wanted to speak to whoever is above her but the owner is private and cannot give me their contact information. I have been blocked by this administrative assistant because it is her personal phone number. I tried calling another location but they told me that the only thing they can do is also give me her contact information, to which I respond, I am blocked.

After visiting every location in Omaha I can assure you it doesn’t get better than Jasmine at the 24th st location. Her compassion towards everyone, customer service, and understanding of the products are unmatched. I can’t rave enough about the tinctures that have truly changed my life and make living pain free a possibility. Thank you for bringing this product to Nebraska and wish you all the best!
