Just want to give a shout out to Katie, our host who took amazing care of us when picking up our order in drive thru. She went above and beyond by helping us out with useful information that we never knew, and we have been a patron for years now. She had amazing attitude to boot which topped off the whole experience with just a “Wow!” We just want to say that this has been one of the best experiences in a drive thru, in our lives, period. Management should keep an eye on her. She’s a great asset to your company. It would be a shame and a true loss, if you ever let her slip through your fingers and go somewhere else. This is only one of a few times we have visited this location though. Looking forward to being taken care of like a VIP the next time we come back!

Incredible selection of edibles, flower, tinctures, beverages, and more. Staff is friendly and super knowledgeable with great recommendations and a lot of product expertise. We always come here when we're visiting from out of state and always get great product and service. Highly recommend!

The staff there is amazing always welcome you with open arms with a great smile and a great attitude no matter what they talk to you like you're part of their family which is amazing. They always give their input on what's best in their personal decision the crew up there at new North is always on their knowledge when it comes to their product. I dealt with Chris tonight he is the swing going in to night shift every time I have dealt with him he makes sure to see how I'm doing and he makes sure that my two dogs always get treats to where now every time we pull up they expect it. He's an amazing guy great attitude great customer service I would highly recommend going up to nuwu north they will never fail you with their customer service and they're great deals

The staff was friendly and helpful. I purchased a live resin pen, and saw that it was damaged when I got home and opened it. I took it back, was able to exchange it for a different one, and they gave me a couple of pre-rolls for my trouble. I would give them 19 stars if it were possible. 👍

I absolutely love this place! I come here every time I come to Vegas. I spent $330 and got everything in the picture, plus a few more. The staff was awesome and gave me some great deals, and they were all very LGBTQ+ friendly. Don't hesitate to come to this location! The 24 hour drive thru is huge plus!!

Wren assisted me in finding something to help me sleep!! She was so kind and helpful & I’ve been sleeping great ever since I got the product! Will definitely be returning!
