i really enjoy going to this shop. the employees are very kind and always greet you with a smile. they always recommend new products and help me make a suggestion. the prices are good and stock is always full. i do have a complaint; the AC. especially with it being summer right now, the store gets VERY hot and feels like i’m walking into a sauna. i’ve had to start going to other shops nearby because of the heat. hopefully they resolve this soon because i enjoy this shop and it’s convenience to me.

The Staff were knowledgeable, and all around friendly people, and CLOUDZ is DEPENDABLE! I roll my own cigarettes, and my usual Smoke Shop was completely out of rolling tobacco, somehow!
But, CLOUDZ was holding! I called, not expecting anyone to pick up, or to find out they didn't stock it at all, because, it is an unusual product. But, they answered, respectfully saying that they had some in stock-FOR CHEAPER THAN I'VE BEEN PAYING!
Not only that, but I asked them to hold a bag for me and they had it right up front, awaiting my arrival!
It's harder for me to get to CLOUDZ, but it's worth the trouble. You can't beat service like this! And their prices are really decent, as well!

Kam the best customer service ever. Store clerk is very welcoming and helpful. I love this store i rate is 10 on my scale. THE BEST!!!
