Could be maybe not enough employees that day. And some didnt seem educated about some of merch. Kindve had to force way up to cashier to get help. And for being first time vistor i expected more.

First time here, the staff is so professional and knowledgeable on the different strands and other products they offer! I was helped by Michelle who made my first time here enjoyable.
