Honestly cheap glass that’s way overpriced. I bought a glass pipe that didn’t even last me two days and broke and the guy who runs the place charged me $6 for it. Not to mention the guy who was helping me couldn’t understand me and didn’t even know the price of the things he was selling he had to ask the other guy in another language how much it cost how do you expect to stay in business if your employees don’t even know what their selling stay away from this place unless you like throwing away your money

They have the Puffco Pro Opal. Won't last long!! Get it while they are available! Was also able to buy 2x 18650 batteries for my hunibadger and the Low Temp and High temp tips!!

I used to come visit this place while visiting some favorite eating places of mine in the same plaza. I only used to stop in for a few different disposable vapes but I must have spent hundreds here during my last phase of quitting nicotine for good.
Everyone who worked here was polite, cool and didn't rush me at all while still getting me rung up and I was always done and out the door within 3 minutes. These are good people! I would definitely come here again if I hadn't already quit the habit!

I have been going into this shop for years now. They have always charged me $11 for a pack of Marlboro cigs when paying cash. Today they charged me $13 today. When I got home and realized how much they charged me I called to ask why so much the guy tried telling me that they always charge $13 come on I'm not stupid I have ALWAYS paid $11. That's outrageous they just lost a loyal customer. FYI the gas station at Canoga and Saticoy only charges $10.40 for a pack of Marlboro cigs. What's great is it dosnt matter if u pay cash or with a credit card. It's always the same price.

BEWARE IF BLACK!! Went on 02/12/24 in the evening and watched as 5 other people (who just so happened to be not be black) were promptly greeted and helped while I had to wait patiently. Only after two white women (who came in 5 minutes after myself) were greeted and immediately led to the cigar room was I even acknowledged because I asked if he was going to help despite me standing there for 10 minutes. I walked out. If it was possible to give zero stars, I absolutely would. Save your time and money. Customer service is terrible!
