Cool little store packed with stuff. Great prices & friendly staff.

I love these guys. I've been going to this shop since they first opened years ago. Their shop is clean and they have a wide variety of products. HOWEVER, they have sold me 3 defective vapes in a matter of 2 days. 2 of them they did exchange for me but one of the ones they exchanged for me when I opened the box (in front of the owner) they immediately took the packaging away from me without a word and it only had a 40% charge on it and when I showed him he told me it's fine and to just charge it. It ends up that it doesn't hold a charge at all, so I have a full vape that I can't even use. I went to another shop, and the gentleman there told me he would have never let me walk out the door with a vape that only had a 40 % charge on it, and it was obviously defective. I can't have the company replace it because there was no receipt given to me, and I have no box to show the QR code. When I went to explain this to them, the gentleman there just said, "Sorry." I gave them 2 stars because I do love their pipes and other products, but I strongly caution to not buy their vapes due to the fact they carry defective vape products. Sadly, I will have to go to the other shop where they make sure customers leave satisfied and use fair business practices to ensure their customers are satisfied and not wasting their money on defective items. The place is neat and clean, fully stocked and good prices, also very close to me ;) Great prices on quartz bangers and glass pieces.

Love these guys at black Mamba smoke shop! They always have the best stuff for the best prices and they are all so knowledgeable on all the merchandise they have. They make you feel welcome upon entering the store and don't mind if it's takes you a while to decide on what you want. I love going to black Mamba smoke shop, it always makes my day way better!
