Best Smoke Shop in Houston the lady at the counter was super helpful and she was able to answer all my questions and work with me. I recommend if you’re looking for products or help. This is the place to go to !!!

Place is alright, started coping my nic sticks here cause the ones at the burn smoke shop kept dying after 3 hours, only reason I’m leaving this review is cause of that one chubby girl with curly hair who literally has no idea what customer service is… she will literally just be chilling at her seat watching tv and when I walk in not even a hello or how’s it goin, just looks at you and says “what do you want”. Then she just checks you out no talkin whatsoever and when the transaction is done, still doesn’t awknowedge the customer, just goes back to watching her movie… like you never even entered… just very weird, may consider going to another place if I see this lady again

(Leaving my response to your response here as google won’t let me create a seperate one) so how will you remedy the situation? Will you actually retrain her to have better customer service or are you gonna fire her? I need actions not just words, it just boggles my mind how some people think they can just get by in life doing not even the bare minimum for others. When have you ever walked into a place to get something and the first thing coming out the servers mouth is “wassup, what you need” I mean it’s alief but let’s have some class about ourselves here
