I am just going to be blunt here. If you're not actually open to conduct business until midnight then it should posted on your signage and online so people don't waste their time and gas driving over only to be denied service during posted business hours.
I'd had a hectic day and was busy packing and getting ready for a trip late night when I remembered I need to stock up on vape. I wouldn't be driving myself the next morning and decided it would be easier to go grab it then. I arrived at the store approximately 11:54 pm and pulled around to the drive thru window. The employee came and told me that the store was already closed. I thought perhaps I'd been mistaken about closing time being midnight so I asked him what time the store closed. His response was that at 11:55 they start counting down the register and cleaning it. So I asked him to clarify that they actually close at 11:55 to which he agreed.
I work in customer service also and so I know it can be annoying when you're all set to leave and a scraggler comes wandering in, but this is the nature of the business. Business hours are posted in order to inform your customers the precise times your establishment is open to conduct business. If you don't want to conduct business after 11:54 then this should be conveyed to your customers in a way that is transparent and that avoids denying service to people during your posted hours of operation. This is a poor practice. Imagine if Specs did this? Or HEB?
Rock n Roll It was* my go-to spot. I spend money at this store at least once a week. My family gets all of our vape and smoke related products here. I left my house believing that I could rely on rock n roll it vape to be open for business when they said they say they were going to be. It's disappointing that providing me the service that I have come to rely on and appreciate wasn't as important as this employee getting out of work a couple of minutes earlier than he would have had he just sold me the two airbars I needed.
So now I will wait until morning and will ask my friend to stop off at one of the dozens of smoke shops we are sure to pass while on the road. If you want a reliable and consistent customer base that will be loyal to you than you ought to provide reliable and consistent service that puts the customer first rather than priortizing saving a couple of minutes on time and labor.
* I have not been back and do not plan to ever spend money with this company again, as I have never gotten any response from them. I have found another local shop that is more attentive to their clientele.

I've in business with my local Vape Shops and found this one is the best shop near me. Highly recommend their Vape Shop and reasonable price! 5 Stars 5 Smokes

The inside of this shop looks awesome! The entire place is IMMACULATELY clean. The atmosphere is great. It feels like you're shopping in a legitimate store and not some shady tiny room of a shop like most smoke shops. They have a HUGE variety of products for smokers&vapers. Also, the two employees working were so helpful and patient with me, answering the questions I had. Top tier establishment IMO.

Corey and Abby are so awesome they helped me out tremendously every time I come highly recommend this vape shop!! I do however wish they would hook up a system on credit card to tip the employees

Employee Andrew was totally helpful! Knowledgeable about different products mainly helping me figure out which would be the best for me. He didn't seem to push any kind of product but asked me questions on the reasons I was needing them. Wonderful employee and he's half the reason I will be coming back to the store.
