Probably not a big deal to you guys but I am a medical user and the person at the front desk said I couldn’t shop because I didn’t have a vertical id, which I explained I had my medical card and I’m not 21 so I would not have a vertical id either way. Anyway he said I wasn’t able to. So I left and decided to call and speak to a manager.. long story short I was able to get in and got my item but if this happens please stand on business and talk to a manager cause I have never heard anything like that smh. Anyway I didn’t get an apology from the guy + it was embarrassing. Full lobby and he talking super loud saying I couldn’t shop and my id isn’t valid. Also won’t be coming here again because I find it crazy this “mistake” shouldn’t be happening.

Edit: made things right with a great half oz, this is how businesses should treat their customers. Thank you. Original: Flower quality is bad, breaks apart like dust even when you spend 100$ for a half oz. I should’ve looked at the Harvest date of 12/21/2023. (Bought in September 2024).

One of the worst ran dispensaries out there. Bait and switch, false advertising, deceptive sales.. advertising 40%off all legends flower yet not honoring it. I called to confirm this works on all products of legends, including the discounted half oz that are older and less expensive. When I arrived I was told they are $110 with tax even with my medical card. They refused to be reasoned with so I refused the purchase. Liars, poor management, even worse customer service. The door handler is a rude sob

Worst dispo in az came in the middle of the afternoon open the door and there is about 10 people waiting then I was told to wait outside in 100+ degree weather for about 20 mins and still had to wait another 20 mins inside just to get to the back and this was early I couldn't imagine how bad the wait is when it's a holiday or on a busy day sadly this is the closest dispo to me but for that wait time I'd just rather drive to one twice as far away very disappointed

Awful quality dry buds for the price will drive into town next time to go to my old spot giving 2 stars because the service was one of the fastest dispos I ever been to and I am impatient so that was a plus. Strain carbon fiber Batch 0913r25cf harvest date was 09/13/2023 about 6 months ago from the date it was sold give or take 2 weeks. Update 2 months later they never did anything besides making me waste more of my time replying to them and then being further ignored. Truly an awful business looking to take advantage of its customers if you value the money you have to spend don't spend it here not worth being treated this way.
