I am a regular at this CuraLeaf location and am always met with great customer service. Today I wanted to write a review to call out an employee who deserves praise for their hard work with a smile. Three times now Simon has helped recommend a product that was superior from what I was originally looking at. Today especially was different because the location was extremely busy, but if you looked over at Simon you saw him getting customers in and out while making sure everyone felt heard. It's hard to find good employees now a days so when you see someone putting in the extra effort they deserve the recognition for it. Keep it up Simon.

Host was extremely unpleasant and rude. She lied about my pre-order not being ready even though I got a notification 6 hours prior to it being completed, then slammed the door going to the back in my face. Thankfully, Alex at the pre-order window was super nice and really helpful.

Shannon was truly awesome she took the time to find what i wanted. And made sure I was getting the best deals for my money this curaleaf has excellent customer service and all the employees go above and beyond every time I shop there. My other experiences at the curaleaf on bell and 55 th av were not so great they have some really rude staff there! Thank you Shannon for being so pleasant. And to all the other staff at this location.

I’ve never had an issue with this place before but tonight I was quoted $80 online when I tried to make my purchase. After coming in, they tried to charge me $135 after talking to a manager. He only charge me 124 very unsatisfied

On top of the exceptional staff here, they have the best deals in AZ through my years of hunting. That combination has made this location my go to every week for multiple years now. But my most recent experience was with Jack and he was so phenomenal I wanted to give credit where due. He handled me very well, I came in a little hot and he had me walking out a very happy camper. He was very friendly and professional but mostly I could tell he was sincere, he shot straight with me. Every question I asked was answered in exact detail, his knowledge was respectable and his customer service was the best. Do yourself a favor and go here and cross your fingers and hope to get Jack!
