Millie is absolutely amazing! This is by far my favorite dispensary to visit, and the outstanding customer service is a huge part of why I keep coming back. I'm incredibly disappointed with Curaleaf's business practices. While they are a popular spot in the Valley, their loyalty program is completely out of touch and arguably deceptive. The spending requirements for their tiers are astronomical: $800 just to reach the second tier, and $5,000 for the top tier. Because points expire in a very short three-month window, these goals are unattainable for the average customer, keeping almost everyone trapped at the base level. Additionally, the customer service regarding these points is lacking. Staff consistently auto-applies points to purchases without asking, removing the customer's choice in how to use them, and there is virtually no way to track or prove this on the consumer end. It feels like they intentionally keep quiet about the details of the program because it's so poorly designed. If you're looking for a dispensary that actually values its customers and offers realistic, consumer-friendly rewards, look elsewhere. Curaleaf's system is clearly designed to make you fall short.

Absolutely love this dispensary. I live just down the road and the people and prices are great. They constantly have medical card holder deals (plus other deals!), which is really awesome and refreshing! My old dispensary never did anything extra for medical card holders. I do online ordering and its always ready to go when I get there and the wait times are minimal.

What makes this dispensary a 5 star is the staff. Each one of your staff members, the morning, afternoon, and the evening are always polite, outgoing, informative, caring and knows their products. I would recommend this location specifically to anyone who wants a great experience with great deals.

First time going to this location and I’ll def be going back! I’m not sure if I went at the perfect time but there was hardly a wait, and even if it was busy there was plenty of friendly staff there to help. John was really helpful, knowledge, and very friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed at all (something I’ve experienced at other dispos). 110% recommend checking them out. :)

It’s hard to give more than two stars when there are no displays and no menus. You basically have to come in with prior knowledge about the products and prices, something I’ve never seen before or since in any dispensary anywhere. Makes you wonder who came up with that setup and said “yes, this is the best way to anger customers every time they come. Brilliant!” Avoid if possible.

Have been coming to this spot since I moved to Phoenix a few months ago, Wilson has been super helpful for the past few times i’ve come in and his recommendations always SLAP! Can’t beat this place as well when it comes to the deals, always come out getting more than I thought I would since the deals are just too good to pass up, 5/5 all day!
