Sometimes you just gotta pop up and see for yourself. I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about. They have to be personal. I’m a visitor to AZ and these folks were Super Dope. The vibe was friendly and the prices for their products were great. I live in Oregon and I’m use to great customer service and great prices for some top tier cannabis. The Flower Shop is where it’s at in AZ. Definitely coming back.

Do not go to the shop unless you have at least 25 to 45 minutes of spare time to stand in line. Don't bother ordering online as they do not fill the order and cannot guarantee the products you actually purchase. More than once I have ordered online only to get there and have them be out of the product they sold me online. The security guard is very rude. They do not pay attention to who has showed up first and will allow people to cut the line. Phoenix location is amazing and has none of these issues.

I wrote a review about a month ago. I was so disappointed in the services. I just ordered a vape of the delivery. I got the product and it is not working. I've tried to call multiple times to talk to the manager and I cannot get through this happened the last time I ordered the vapes from this location. The wax came out of the top and I was just horrible service every time I try to call I just immediately got sent to the voice message. The delivery option is awesome but the quality and the customer service is absolutely I was really upset and really disappointed in this dispensary I showed up and there was a very long line outside. I jumped in line and it The waited so long I went to other dispensaries and had to wait for some time, but this was definitely abnormal as soon as I got into the lobby All of the coworkers did not seem to be in a hurry. They were all laughing And literally talking about some salsa that somebody brought in as others and myself were waiting in line looking at each other mad. It was my first time there so they gave me a special of their brand of a vape I got the 2 g for $50 and the product is absolutely horrible. All of the wax just comes out of the pen. You can barely even take a hit and after the Customer Service with this type of product, I just wanted to leave this review so they know that their product is not very good and that they are treating their customers very poorly.

This place is good, but the people that run the counters are amazing and make it worth going back. Minus ⭐ don't bother with the online ordering system, it never works. Minus ⭐ Don't bother calling, they never pick up. Definitely recommend you check their website first to scope out their deals and pick a first, second, and third options as they run out and the website is not always updated to immediately reflect if they've run out of stock.

Place is amazing. Idc about these other reviews. Online system is managed by corporate and is not reflective of the performance and service provided by THIS LOCATION. If you are mad about a pick up order not being filled, you more than likely feel that at a different location. It's really easy to do that by mistake! One thing i don't like is the alternating between medical and recreation.. online order & medical are on the same line .. Online order should be express and so should medical... sometimes you have an online order and it's just quicker to hop in the other line for rec? THAT'S SUPER WEIRD.

The line is always out of the door at this place. I wanted to try it. Very high security place. It was nice being able to skip the line with a med card, but their machines don't take Chime. Their ATM wanted to charge me $4 for two seperate $20 transactions alone. Guy was friendly but the wait and lack of efficient machines not worth it for this dispensary.

Kaleb was Amazing, awesome costumer service. Even though I'm closer to 10 other dispos I will continue to use flower shop thanks to Kaleb and his excellent costumer service!! 10/10

It's ok. I'm not impressed. About 4 weeks ago, I was helped by a young kid with dark hair. He was way cool. I have severe social anxiety. Bordering on agoraphobia. Bit he was patient and didn't make fun when I couldn't keep eye contact. However, he told me I was up for a discount on my next visit. Something about a punch card...and if I forgot it, don't trip. They know by my account. Well, NO. The last time I asked to cash in my "points",but the girl had no idea what I was talking about. (Sad face) thEY DO HAVE AMAZING DEALS ON PRE-ROLLs though.

High security flower shop. I’ve never been to a cannabis shop and went once with my wife poor service, rushed and she had an attitude when any questions or anything. Tried again a few weeks later with my sister and brother in law.Got the same lady checking us out and again was so rude we kind of wanted to look around at what caught our eye and see what our options were as we were unsure.i believe it was a female with red hair I went to Curaleaf a few days later and was a much better experience and great service

First and foremost, I've tried calling before I go in every time. Only one time did I get an answer. They never have what I want when I do go in and every time I've told them if you all would answer your phones you could save me a trip, and they just brush it off as nothing. So, you all won't be getting any more visits from me
