Big Bang Smoke

Terrible man. Dude wont let me exchange a fume disposable vape and i just opened it and it is so burnt. Tastes like a burnt coil. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. He says our policy is if it doesn’t blow out smoke we can replace it. Well over $20 you lost a customer man. Between my girlfriend and i we probably spent $500 on these over the last few months and they can’t satisfy a customer for $20?!?!?!
