I visit this location weekly and it's always a great experience. Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent products. I should probably start asking for the names of the people who assist me, because they all deserve a shoutout! Edit: Alright I remembered to ask for names. Good products and discounts here, normally good service for medical patients too, usually satisfied. Some employees however need some people skills, especially the ginger fellow with the man-bun. The Verano products (own brand) are also very disappointing (broken leaky vape cartridges and bad batteries) but they have so many brands to choose from. Spent lots of $$$ here ever since they opened but I'm unlikely to visit again due to rude staff.

Always a pleasure! This time around, they finally didn't have what I was wanting and came with multiple other choices to choose from. Everyone, from security, to front door greeters, counter help, etc.. have been delightful. One of the few places I don't have anxiety issues at. Cheers to the crew!!!!
