My vape was a dud so I went in to see if I could exchange it or get my money back. I was told no, they don't take returns or exchanges. I explained that it wasn't fair that I lose $20 and he said to me if he took it back, he'd lose money. It's insane to me that he would rather lose a loyal customer who has already spent at least $100 this month.

Rude employees, overcharging customers. Go to the smokehut across the street. Same products, great customer service & half the price.

Really great store! Had everything from hookahs and pipes, to cases of game ditches, you can even buy a drink. Prices were a little high for zippos. I would definitely go back, very clean too.

Great place to purchase cigars, smoke what you purchase, play lottery, owner very present. Would stop back again.

Great selection of cigars at decent prices. The smoking lounge is comfortable with has a separate AC system and a TV, and feels nice and secluded in a back room with its own door. Staff is friendly.
