I originally had a great experience with goodblend but my most recent experience was awful. I ordered 5 bottles of product online and used a promo code - total was $225. When the day came for delivery, I called to confirm my total, and was told I would be getting 2 bottles for $100 as they had run out of the other bottles. I thought it was pretty strange I hadn’t been notified of this, but I also understand stuff happens so no biggie. But after explaining about the promotion and my quoted price, I was told someone would call me back. Someone did and told me I could place a separate order for 3 bottles and get a small discount making the total $144. She also told me I would receive a coupon in the mail. I was initially a little confused as to how she broke down everything, but after realizing I’d be paying $244 instead of the quoted $225, I reached out to customer service via email. This was a couple weeks ago - no reply and no coupon via email either. It wouldn’t have taken much common or business sense to know you shouldn’t ask a customer to pay more than quoted, when your company is at fault. These products are already expensive and we buy them because we’re in pain and have had no results with other forms of medicine. Just seems strange to conduct business this way.

So far outstanding! I had the pleasure to speak with Elizabeth and she was amazing. I always have tons of questions and she answered every one with recommendations and options. She was very thorough and patient with me. Towards the end of the call I found out she was a manager for customer service so that explained a lot as to why she was so amazing. I wish I could speak with her every time. This is my first time trying products from Goodblend and I’m very excited. I love that they have an app and they off a ton of discounts for the community. I also like the fact that they have one use items that are affordable so I can test them out to see if I like them. It doesn’t make sense to buy a bottle for $100 to not like it. So good job on the one time uses! Thanks again Goodblend.

Closes too early people who work can’t get to the store closes at 3:00pm Also, the middle man on the phone was curt, somewhat helpful but begrudgingly. I was referred to websites like I couldn’t click the link! I can read, problem is I know nothing about medical cannabis I am licensed for it but did not get a break down of what I needed or how to take etc., I’ll look for another shop in Austin everything closes much later but while visiting I got nothing there are only a few stores all closed

These guys are great! If you catch the right person on the phone you’ll get great customer service and lots of helpful information. Don’t be afraid to ask if your not sure. “The only dumb question is the question you don’t ask”. The ratios can be confusing at first but don’t let that intimidate you. This is my favorite of the 3 dispensaries here in Texas. They are originally from Austin and delivered to San Antonio once a week. However they now have a location here in Stone Oak. If you spend more than $200 they do offer free delivery. It is usually a week Or so out on scheduling for deliveries. If you plan it right and order in advance the delivery service is great.
