I quit smoking (for the 10th time...) about 10 months ago, but this time, I picked up vaping to help cure that undying love for nicotine I apparently can't live without. Needles to say, I've tried out many vape shops in the area. Of all the ones close to home, this is by far my favorite. There are plenty of juice options when I refill, but lately I am using the single use vapes. I have found a handful of brands I actually like (after lots of trial and error) and your shop seems to have the best selection of ones to choose from that I like if my preferred choice is not available. Trevor is great - he is patient while I indecisevely choose which backup I want if you happen to be out of what I came for. He's knowledgeable on the products and has done well narrowing down what is a good fit for what I am looking for. Of all the horrible vapes I have bought, he has never been the one to recommend it, so I'll continue to shop here where I know I'm in good hands (and won't wind up with more nasty vapes to add to my bowl of desperation where the others go to RIP until I run out and don't have time to run to the store). ;)

I love the people that work at Rough country. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a great selection of vape divises and nice promos too! ❤️

This review has nothing to do with the location or service. I've noticed the owners moving around some of the workers and it's created some anxiety. For example I've worked with the same brother for 3 months and he knows what i like and can offer new products that hit my preferences. Some of the new workers don't vibe well or try to get to know me to find better recommendations. The few times I've tried, I've felt rushed to order and get out with bottles of juice that I did not enjoy. I was also pushed on juice for a salt nic when I can't run that and told them I can't. Unfortunately, this is the end of my involvement as I attempt to find another location for my needs.

I absolutely love this store. The quality of the product that I've gotten is amazing and I'm constantly amazed by the wide variety they have to offer here. Definitely recommend anyone nearby to visit this place.
