When I came in this morning the staff was very nice. I purchased a vape and immediately left. When I opened it later I used it but after I stopped pulling I could hear the vape still charging up as if I were pulling. Shown in the photo below is how the blue light shows air is flowing while it’s no where near my lips. It’ll go off in my pocket and that is very dangerous. I thought nothing of it but when I went to return/exchange it, I was told I couldn’t do so. They are none refundable and don’t have a warranty. On my behalf this was 20$ and the product is broken. I will no longer be shopping here because most if not all shops I have been too give you a 24 hour time to return just incase the vape is defective or broken. This wasn’t my fault and I am very upset I now have to purchase another vape because I was sold a defective one. Not to mention, I demonstrated the vape infront of the same cashier and she told me I can’t exchange it!!!

Good vape shop in a convenient location, with an expansive selection of products. If you go check out their clearance and sales, alot of good deals there. They also let you test any disposable you buy to make sure it works. Give these folks a visit.

I would have given this shop a 4 star rating SOLEY ON THE FACT THAT I NEVER KNEW THIS PLACE WAS HERE!! And the reason it got bumped up to 5 stars is because John the employee who was working was FABULOUS!! As soon as I walked in he greeted me, asked if he can help. I asked my questions, he answered. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service!!! The shop was nice and clean, has a large selection on vapes and pens as well as other products and the prices was great!! Now that I know this shop is less than 5 mins away from me, I will definitely be back!!

Very poor customer service. Manager onsite was rude, the chubby guy. Did not ask if I needed help, just sat there on his phone. Plus the place was kind of dirty.

The gentleman at the establishment was exceedingly rude.
No hello, no goodbye, just a scowl as he grabbed the requested items. And I'm a very friendly guy, mind you. I wish he was more like the other guy, the big friendly fella. We always chat away.
I felt very unwelcome at a place I've patronized for quite some time now. Not sure if I will in future.
