When I went in the smoke shop today there was a woman who was so helpful. I’m pretty sure her name was Sarah. She was a huge help when I came in the store. She had a great costumer service attitude and a bright smile.

You can’t try any flavor before buying, when asking the seller for recommendations they act like they don’t care, literally saying “just buy anything or get out”. But in any other smoke shops it’s allowed to try the flavor before buying it, and it’s much cheaper in other smoke shops. For example we bought in this store vape for 30$, but in another shop you can get the same for 11$, and it’s allowed to change the product of you don’t like the flavor on different shop than this one. Definitely the worst smoke shop I’ve been, and the customer service is at the lowest level. Продавцы спуститесь с небес, старайтесь хотя бы пойти на встречу клиентам.
