Bought a product that had been sitting on the shelf so long that it solidified…I wanted a replacement they said no refund or exchanges but offered me a discount…shady place

Been shopping here for a decade plus, casually walk in for some papers. Pretty much through the sale process a non- manager informs me that I am banned from this particular store because of what he considered "catcalling" a co-worker of his. Did this particular woman hear my comment, absolutely not. Did the employee say that I was weird for it. Yes he did. Do I feel a ban is necessary for an honest misunderstanding. No, if businesses did that consistently they would have no customers at the end. Sadly because of this interaction I must give a 1 star review as I find it strange to get banned from a single comment, exceptionally so since i have been in the store since and the employee it was about never heard it. Que Sera I suppose. If a business is ok losing a very consistent customer of decades, it's no skin off of my teeth. Edit, you have time to reply here you can feel free to reply to the formal complaint I lodged through your website. And you might want to amend your reply to this review as it says reports, and this is based off of a singular instance to which one of your employees decided to take note and if there are more reports I would gladly love to see them. Though I doubt they exist. You could also use the email address that is attached to this review to contact me at any point in time. If the offer to speak about this is not disingenuous.

Joke of an experience. Bought a disposable vape here and have for years, worked in the store and for a day when I took the full pen back in because it no longer worked. Was informed we don’t do exchanges or refunds. Have fun losing business to Indy e cigs.

This place is trash. Ridiculous about everything. I’ve wasted time and money here. Never again. Save yourself the trouble.

Typically a great store and great people but unfortunately I have to say avoid that Delta Vapes. Urb specifically. Bought two different ones over two different weeks wasting over $80 but because they have a no return or exchange policy you're just stuck with the loss of the bad product. Be warned.
