Young lady was very rude. I was being indecisive when I walked in and didn’t know what I wanted. The lady decided to continue to sit at the front counter when the counter I was at was across the store. I finally had chosen what I wanted and told her she became snarky and told me to move out of the way so she could see which one I was talking about. Well, I decided to leave and go to another store because she was just doing it backwards, trying to ring me up and make me pay before looking at the product so I left and went to 39th and Dodge where the customer service service was fantastic from Raquel on Thanksgiving

Got sold hemp, not cbd like I asked. Either they’re scamming or they don’t get their supplies tested correctly. I was a bud tender in Cali and have bud tenders in Colorado and they looked at it and smoked even laughed saying they scammed me. This place is a joke

First time here and i loved it... Got to meet the awesome Maya, who was very friendly and informative... She really knew her stuff and had a great personality... Prices were pretty good in my opinion...i look forward to coming back...

I have came here quite a few times and have had nothing but outstanding visits. All of the employees have been truly helpful to my wife and I. The items are very good as well. Olivia was the employee for us last night and it was an absolutely phenomenal visit for us.

Hey just wanted to reach out in some way and say how many great experiences I have with Caelum! While genuinely most of the employees are always nice, Caelum always goes above and beyond. Very knowledgeable when I have questions about products and will take the time to really explain the differences when I need help. They had also found out that my account hadn’t been setup right where I would get a birthday coupon and fixed it right up. Most recently I came in and they were literally cleaning, which is always great to see! Very personable and makes you feel welcome, which makes the stores vibe and mood reflective of the great products available. I could say more but I’ll just conclude with saying they are a Top Notch employee!
