They don't give receipts for purchases regardless of paying with cash or card. The 1st time I went I got a defective product and didn't get a receipt. That was my fault for not asking. The 2nd time I went I paid with a card and was told they only give receipts with cash purchases. This last time that I went I paid with cash and she said they don't give receipts at all. A business that does not give a receipt of purchase is shady. I'll never support their business again or recommend them.

Every time I go in this place the guy usually there it's pretty helpful seems knowledgeable of products he sells one time I had to ask for help deciding a dietary supplement detox because the stuff at GNC was too pricey and he straight out told me that he honestly didn't know what would be best but offered to take his time and go through what might be good for what I was asking at a Better Price than other high end stores. Usually when I go in there he always has good things to say a good attitude. there was a lady here as well she was very knowledgeable of the products as well when I went in. One thing I was extremely impressed with that a lot of other places don't do was when I went in she was on the phone and there were no customers there but as soon as I walked in she hung the phone up and immediately greeted me. That in my eyes shows great customer service.

This is not a good place, they don't care about their customers. They say they are open when there not, they have a note with a number to call that states if no one is there they will be in 5 minutes, No one answers the number when called instead they tell you to text and then they don't answer that. All they seem to care about is money, not the customers. JAY is not a good man, he doesn't even bother with the customers. I bought some CBD oil that nearly killed me and sent me to the hospital via an ambulance. This is not a good place DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We were coming for the Kratom because it was convenient. You can get better from other places, somewhere that's actually open when they say they are.

Go somewhere else. I bought a automatic vape pen battery here for $40 it worked the first day but stopped working the next day. I took it back to the store in the hopes of a refund or at least a replacement, since I received a faulty device, and was rudely met with an associate that only pointed me to a small cardboard sign that said “no refunds or exchanges”. Come to find out the vape was actually only worth about $12 online. So save your time and your money because all you get here is over charged and terrible customer service.
Update: they responded a year later to my review and tried to say that I broke the vape. I literally had it for 24 hours and it did not work at all. There are several other reviews were people were sold a defective vape/dab pens and were told basically they were SOL and that they would not be replaced. Again, go somewhere else yall these people are shiesty.

This place is great. I met the owner and he is a super nice guy, really knows his stuff. Came here for a Juul and some pods. Great prices, and he was able to explain quite a bit about the products. Better service and much more reputable than many of the smoke shops in the area. Skip Gas Pipe and come here instead.
