My partner and I were in KC for a weekend trip, so we stopped in twice in two days, and BOTH visits were awesome! The check in process both times was very quick, straightforward, and the front desk bud tender was super sweet both visits. The atmosphere was 10/10 in the back, and the music playing was incredible!! We had the same bud tender both visits, and he was so knowledgeable with great recommendations, and answered every question we had. I really appreciate the attention to making sure we got a good deal/best discount as well!! We purchased multiple recommendations from him and they were suuuper great!! Hands down the best dispensary in the KC area we’ve visited as out-of-towners 🖤 [ I wanted to update this with a shoutout to Nicholas, who I believe was our budtender both visits!! You were the bessstt!! ]

Genuinely consistently impressed with how chill, friendly, and understanding their customer service is. When product misbehaves they always fix it without a fuss, and they've given me a "free" upgrade a few times when I've ordered something they just ran out of and the site hadn't updated yet. Still using that battery months later!

The entire staff is super chill, friendly, and never makes you feel rushed or judged. It honestly feels more like visiting friends than “just another dispensary.” Lexy is an absolute gem. She always takes the time to really listen to what I’m looking for and somehow always nails the recommendations. Whether I want something relaxing, uplifting, creative, or pain-relieving — she knows exactly what to grab. I leave happy every single time. And can we talk about the deli-style flower?! Being able to mix and match different strains is one of my favorite things. The variety is always on point, fresh, and high quality — you can tell they care about what they’re offering. Swade is my go-to for a reason. Great vibes, great people, great products. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. 💚

I love this place! Friendly staff, quality products, wide variety and the deli style for flower is amazing. They’re always running deals and promos. Good return on the point system too! Michael, the manager is super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and can help you find what you’re looking for!

Front desk receptionists were very polite and friendly. Online registration was quick to complete to submit my first online order. Great first experience.

Always has better selection and pricing then most other dispensaries. They have great customer service. And usually get you in and out in like 10 mins if you know what you want

I have loved visiting this location for the past year. I recently moved to the area and fell in love with the staff at this location and its convenient location-until recently. The last two times I’ve ordered (both in person and order pickup) have left me feeling like my presence there was more of a nuisance than a welcomed customer. I have really enjoyed my time here but I will look to other locations in hopes of better service.

First timer visiting BesaMe - long, long, long time consumer. Jordan served as Budtender, and she was great. Pricing was competitive to other local outlets, and I especially appreciate avoiding the double local tax grab encountered when shopping KCMO locales. I will definitely be back, and will not hesitate recommending to others that BesaMe is worth checking out. Only one small, I mean small to the point of being practically inconsequential. Your web design is not the best. An outlet of this caliber deserves better. Again, Five Stars all day long.
