I wanted to take the time to acknowledge just how helpful & kind Lily is. I came in super anxious about an overseas flight I will be taking shortly and was rambling on a mile a minute. Lily listened patiently, answered all of my questions and expertly recommended the best product for me. When it came time to pay & my card gave me issues, she was so patient and understanding. Lily was the absolute best!!! We sat on that comfy sofa and she took me through the whole difference in strains, tinctures and balms. Money well spent on in store experience alone 😊

Horrific customer service by your employee. She was very rude. My phone died and I came in and she was nice enough to charge it. I was going to buy a gift for my friend who is very into CBD and lowkey a famous tiktoker. She gets migraines. While talking to your employee I asked her where she was from. She said, “don’t worry about where I’m from”. I said ok never mind I don’t want to buy something from here. She said you just wanted to charge my phone and told me to leave the store. Customer service is dead. Go back to the DMV please.
