Update - someone from Breckenridge reached out to me and worked to make the situation right. Was told I got an old batch of seeds and that they switched suppliers so the issue should not happen again.
Top notch customer service.

I dont smoke very often (maybe once a month). A 2 gran pre roll shouldnt make me more sober- it did. It didnt smoke well, and i wouldnt be surprised if it was filled with tea leaves/cbd- for someone who hasnt smoked in over a month- a entire pre roll shouldnt feel like a cigarette
