I will never use a chain/corporate pharmacy again. After endless frustrating experiences with both Walgreens & CVS, I made the switch to Bull Run Pharmacy and will never go back. The staff remember me and make it so easy to communicate if I need to call and ask about something. I have multiple prescriptions each month, so removing the horrible pharmacy experience from my weekly routine has been a game changer. I appreciate this place so much.

Very rude! Every single time I have called, they refuse to do their jobs. They won't even talk to me. They just pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. It has nothing to do with phone connection. There is no time for a hello. The second the phone is picked up, it gets slammed back down

I can’t say enough about the ladies at bull run pharmacy. They go above and beyond. I’m so glad my family and I switched. They’re extremely helpful, compassionate and professional. A special thank you to Jessica who has really helped us out. Truly everyone is amazing there! :)

This pharmacy is all about customer service! We had covid testing done for a cruise, when we checked into the cruise we realized that our date of births were not on the results. They were denying us access to the cruise until we could get the issue corrected. Bull Run Pharmacy is closed on Sunday(it was Sunday) but we called and left a message hoping they may check messages when closed. Lucky for us they checked it almost immediately and called us back. They were able to fix this issue, email us new results and we were able to enjoy vacation. WOW! What customer service. My heartfelt thanks goes out to them!

Number 1 - they offer pill packs for a low cost. Great for seniors! 2) Always helpful, pleasant, friendly. So much better than a chain. 3) Jessica is one of the pharmacists that I speak with and she has helped me understand the insurance, checks before filling an expensive med, etc. I highly recommend Bull Run Pharmacy!
