BEWARE! Your initial experience setting up your appointment will be great, quick response, taking your payment and Dr's consultation almost too easy. But ANY further attempts to get any needed documentation will be met with endless recorded messages. Their "Patient Portal" is a joke! This is my honest experience and no star review.

They were so professional and courteous when I made the appointment, and when I showed up for my appointment. The office was clean and neat. The front desk staff were very nice and efficient. The doctor was so nice! I always have anxiety, especially when going into a medical marijuana doctor and/or dispensary, but I was put at ease immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Working on a serious matter now whereas on 4/4 at 1130 am I was certified. Inquired 5x since because no allotment PDF came my way. Each inquiry was met with an answer but no solution making it worthless far as my valuable time is concerned. 4/7 comes and I'm turned away at the medical dispensary because no allotment is in the system for me. Refund request. I will update if I get it easily. 4/8/24 promptly this morning I get a message and it's the one I should have gotten in the first place after I inquired saying I didn't get it then the second place, third place fourth, and fifth place but no message cause job wasn't complete. It is now but should not required anything on my end after the consultation.

Acct is blocked b/c after I paid the Dr. fee they did not update the state of New Jersey. Plus, the appt I had with Jeff Koff was easy however the "Dr" did not remind me I had to re-register with the state but my account is inactive because I paid Dr. Koff but they did not update my profile with the state of NJ, therefore I cannot renew until Jeff Koff updates my information. I called but got an answering machine. 2nd time,

I had 2 star for my friend big D and how they did him on the lack of service but they fixed it quickly this morning he said but he didn't feel compensated properly for the lost time he said but he reached out many times to them so they had lots chances to fix it before they finally did way later on.
