I’ve been to the smoke shop two times and both times I was treated with respect even though I’m not a big spender I buy very expensive items I’m used of secret shops treating me like I’m bothering them when I only want to buy an expensive items but here at this place they treat you right there straight up answer your questions and I can feel the enthusiasm they have when it comes to give me customer service thank you

I have NEVER been so disrespected by a clerk in my life, I present to this loser my REAL CA state ID, he bends it and tells me to leave because it's fake, at first I thought he was joking, but then he told me to leave again, I then told him to scan it which he denied to do so, you work at a high end tobacco store how do you not have an ID scanner, never have I ever thought I would go through something like this. Garbage service

They have an incredible variety of Vapes to choose from and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!!

Extremely Small selection to choose from, and guy at the counter is loud, obnoxious and super rude, offered me a discount and then charged me 25$ extra and said it was just the taxes on all ecigs and "that's the law". What a joke this place is and horrible staff. Took a chance on this place and will never be back again
