UPDATE: They have everything you would possibly need for vaping and smoking. After getting the whole get up from 4 rechargeable batteries and battery charger to juice it was over $100. Which I thought to be pricey. I have since been corrected. They don't give refunds so be sure you know what you want. I ended up not needing the charger but the understanding owner realized the packaging hadn't been opened, and allowed me to get my refund.

Been to this shop a handful of times. I always purchase the same product every time I go and have never had issues. I went in today and purchased two Mr Fog switches. The one time the staff member did not provide me with a receipt or remind me to try both products before leaving the store, one of the two products did not work. I figured I’d head right back up there to swap out the defective product but gave them a call first just to check. The staff member proceeded to call the owner and the owner denied refunding me or swapping out the defective product for a working one. The owner then proceeded to say it is my fault for not trying it before leaving. Technically speaking, that is true but is no way to treat reoccurring customers. Johnny, I hope it was worth making a few extra dollars and losing a loyal customer than it would have been to do the right thing.

This is an amazing family store. I bought an expired product and they did the right thing and worked with me to find a product that was not expired. Truly happy to see a family store taking care of their customers.

Terrible experience with the rude owner the first time I went in. Decided to give them another chance. So I drive across Louisville on my way home from work to make it there before they close at 9 pm. I get there and the metal door is pulled down and they closed early. See the timestamped photos in the review. Thanks for nothing Cloud 9. I guess you don't care if you have customers or not.
