I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries across PA, but this one is hands down my favorite, and Missy is the main reason why. As soon as you walk in, her energy is contagious. She greets everyone with the warmest, most genuine smile that instantly puts you at ease (and trust me, those eyes could brighten the cloudiest day). I usually have a million questions because I’m still figuring out what works best for my anxiety and sleep, and Missy never makes me feel rushed or dumb. She’s insanely knowledgeable..breaks down terpenes, ratios, and brands like she’s been doing this for decades, but explains it in a way that actually makes sense. Last visit I was stressed and indecisive. She patiently walked me through a few different options, remembered what I liked from my last visit, and even suggested something new that’s now my go to. Total game changer. Every single time I leave, I feel like I just had a conversation with a friend who genuinely cares. Missy, you’re the absolute best. Thank you for making every trip here feel like a highlight of my week. This place is lucky to have you! See you soon (probably sooner than I should admit 😂).

Im tired of getting not filled carts, and when i bring it to their attention they tell me to let it “settle” and it will magically be filled again, more doesnt magically come into over time it is still just as low! out of all of the dispensaries ive been too i have never gotten carts as low as theirs, and when i went to use the curbside, it was full so i go park next to another customer. i end up sitting there for 15-20 mins before going in and asking, she was very rude and said the only 2 were open

If I could give them a minus-5 I would. Ordered online Friday, and when I got there, I was told that their computer system was down and they couldn't sell anything. A male staff member said he could save my order for the next day if I wanted (which I said yes I do). When I looked on their website Saturday morning around 8, I noticed that my order was canceled. I then called them right at 10 when they opened and asked if their system was still down or not. I was informed that everything was working properly so I reordered immediately and left home (near Tionesta). When I got to Brookville Curaleaf, I was informed that my order was canceled due to product being gone. [That means twice I ordered and both times my order was taken off--this is with the staff member assuring me that my order would be saved from Friday.] This all is VERY unacceptable for a business to treat customers like this. They have made it where I don't want to go back there anymore! Waste of time, money, gas, and patience!!!

If there was an option for no stars id be choosing that right about now. I ordered around 5pm and arrived outside in curbside pickup about 5:15pm. I sat there till 6:05 and finally someone comes out to my car. The employees were walking past my car to other vehicles, didnt stop by at all to let me know about how long they would be. Very very dissatisfied. But its the closest place instead of having to drive 30 minutes to dubois.

I am new to this. All of the worker seem to teach me something. Gave me very good information. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again for the help.
