The worst dispensary I may have ever been too. They are an embarrassment to their customers. The only reason I'm not giving them one star is that their employees working in the store are great. Nice kind hard-working people. But the owner or operator of this establishment is an absolute clown in the system that they've designed is embarrassing. I've had a half dozen terrible experiences at this place and I finally been put over the edge. You will almost guarantee wait half an hour to 45 minutes after you've received confirmation that your order is ready for pickup while you wait in the store. I hope someone reads this and makes a change. You need to do better for your customers. For me that ship has sailed and you've lost a day 1 customer. DO BETTER....

First time.. Was in & out in 5 minutes. Put in for what I wanted on a Kiosk. 2 minutes later my order was ready.. showed ID paid and left. Quality was Good for the price paid.

I really hope I correctly remember the names of the lovely people who helped me yesterday— Courtney, Misty and Angie. I have a hyper sensitive immune system and need to avoid certain terpenes and chemicals, and these three lovely souls spent as long as it took to help me find the right cartridge. I wasn’t certain I’d find anything going in, but their diligence and reciprocity was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for your help! The Rodeo cartridge I left with is perfect. I’ll be back!!
