Hey yup. Nya was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was top-tier from start to finish friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, and you can tell she truly takes pride in what she does. The way she communicates and makes you feel welcomed is rare these days. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others. Nya is a real asset and deserves recognition for how great she is at what she does.

Always a great experience at Curaleaf, but the deals, ease of online pickup, use of debit cards and last but def not least, the customer service is what keeps me coming back. I stopped in on a recent trip in Scottsdale. Upon arrival I was greeted and told I could wait in line for a bud tender or use a kiosk to place an online order which could be faster. After reviewing the items on the kiosk I decided I wanted to look around and see what products were displayed as it was my first time in an Arizona dispensary. As soon as I step away from the kiosk the lady with the clipboard asked me if I had placed my order, I told her not yet I wanted to look at pre rolls. With the rudest tone she said "You're not going to find pre-rolls out for display". It really made me feel unwelcomed at that moment. I pointed to the display with the pre rolls I was eyeing on the kiosk and said this was what I wanted to look at. She then just turned away and walk off. I continued looking around and finally placed an order. I enjoyed the variety of products and the quality of the products I purchased. However the attitude and vibe the woman who I'm assuming was the manager that day makes me not want to return on any next visit. I would hesitate before recommending this place as I didn't feel welcomed.

I always go to this Curaleaf, everyone is knowledgeable and provides great service! Aundre was especially great and even caught a birthday discount for me when I didn’t bring it up. Amazing!

Great kiddo! Appreciated the time he took to pick out the highest testing strains available in his pre-roll daily deals. Slight issue with the machine to run my debit card. Took 3 attempts.. Added double the points to my account. I will be back as soon as I smoke all this to redeem!

First time in Curaleaf today. Was greeted by David at the door. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Took the time to show me all the new customer deals as well as other deals they had going on. He took the time to show me some of the displays and product options for what I was looking for. Bianca took care of me at the counter. Again, extremely personable, knowledgeable, and patient. Brought out a different variety of options and took the time to help me make my selections. Great deals, great staff, and the location is perfect for me. 10/10 would recommend. This will be my new go to dispensary.

I've been to this location quite a few times and realized today that I haven't left a review. My apologies! Kortney helped me today and she's the bees knees! Super sweet, real pretty, and bubbly! The woman in the reception area was super sweet too! Lisa also checked on everyone waiting in line to make sure they didn't have any questions or need help. I really like the interior design of this location too! Lots of color and displays. Keep it up guys, your positive attitude really make an impact on my day.

So I was fortunate and landed with Kirby for my purchase. At first all I wanted was an eighth of flower which I smelled on the flower wall, (Fade Co.'s Spiked Peach.) But Kirby was solid and informed me of a pack of pre rolls on a manager special... It was a solid deal I couldn't walk away from. Thank you Kirby for getting me baked at great pricing!!

Wow David was so kind and VERY helpful! I'm so happy and excited he took the time to show us his preferences for tast, strand and value! Very helpful! So made up for yesterday's poor customer service at a different location! Keep up the good job!
