Terrible customer service provided by a guy names Mohammed. My wife and my daughter (6 yo) were terrified by this guy. Extremely rude, made my daughter cry. They went for passport picture and this was so rude that she started crying. I told my wife to get the hell out of there.
She went to UPS right next door, got the job done with much more care and professionalism. I asked her to go back and get his name. Once she walked in, he offered help as if nothing ever happened (really, 5-10 minutes later). He was next to a supervisor this time. Terrible customer service and I wish I could give a -1 star.

Excellent service was provided by Joey in the photo center. He was patient and ensured I accomplished what I went there for.

Been coming to this CVS for over a year now. The Customer Service is Horrible!!! Today was assisted by an associate named Stacie (can't remember the exact name lol), she has always had an attitude and has always been very rude! She gives this evil look as soon as you walk in!! I agree with the other reviews about the Manager as well!!
Upper Management needs to address these issues NOW!!

Trying to redeem my scratch card reward and I have checked that I won $30 but at the cashier, the staff gave me $20 and I was trying to explain. The store female manager at the time was being rude and not caring stating that $20 was what the register shows and she said “i don’t know what you trying to explain” and I told them I could show them the top part of the scratch card but they have ripped it apart. The manager could use some attitude training instead of embarrassing the customer in front of other customers. Period

Slowest service. Why don’t they have more people working at the pharmacy. Every visit is 20 minutes
