I have shopped here since it was Longs Drug Store. ( many years) love the employees, item availability, employees, ect. Until recently....Wednesday evening my daughter and I stopped by to grab a few things, spoke to an employee even. Got our items and proceeded to the checkout as I noticed the same employee I had spoken to had been following us around the store, everywhere we went she went all the way to check out. I understand theft is a big problem however not everyone wants to steal from your store. Being followed (obviously) is not acceptable to me that makes me NOT want to shop here. When you do nothing to stop the people who do take stuff yet you hover over legit shoppers that doesn't make sense to me. A Security Guard that is allowed to STOP theft should be hired

My wife and myself are very impressed by pharmacist Nova. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. She always makes you feel welcome.
CVS got an amazing pharmacy, outstanding customer service. They treat you with nice smile and get you served in timely manner.

This is an absolutely terrible CVS store. The person, who worked there, refused to let me take any pictures for my review. No carts. I had to walk far to find one. Not as clean or tidy as it used to be. Looks grungy now and I was super disappointed just being in this store. Their pet food aisle had very little selections, especially for cats. The person, who did not want any photos taken for Google maps, was extremely rude to me; was non-compliant and was totally not understanding in what my purpose was about here today in this store. I will never enter these doors again.

I just want to say how much I appreciated Maria M on 6/1/24. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She is very helpful and efficient. Also, i want to add that i prefer this Cupertino CVS store because every associate I have encountered there has been very knowledgeable and helpful.
