So I go to cvs pharmacy wait in line for 30 minutes. I get to the drive through window finally and get told everyone was taking lunch at the same time at 1:30pm and to come back at 2pm. So I come back at 1:50pm and I'm first in line 2pm hits. I start to get help at 205pm then they tell me the bags are labeled wrong and that I needed to drive back around the building to the back of the line (which had stacked up at this point) while they relabeled. All in all judging on the Google rating and my experience with them. Things need to change at this location.

If i could leave negative stars I would. Had a RX sent over at 11am. Got there at one thirty and they said they would be done at 3. Did mention they were a "bit behind". Ok. At 330 i returned and they said they would text me when they were done. By 5pm I hadnt heard so I drove back and went inside. Where then I was informed they would not release the pain medication unless I also agreed to pick up an anti nausea medication that cost $800. Which of course who has an extra $800 just laying around a sock drawer? Not me. LoL So they tell me i have to call the dr back and ask them to move the rx. Wonderful *sarcasm*. My partner had now been without pain medication for over 14 hours after having a surgery with complications YESTERDAY evening. While waiting in line (for 45 minutes) i heard multiple families including children who had to leave without their LIFE SAVING medication bc this pharmacy is "3 days behind" (their words) in filling rxs. Yet they keep taking in more orders. I WOULD NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone who NEEDS their prescription filled anytime soon.

They're not only rude and slightly judgemental on what your being prescribed but say either you don't have insurance, they're out of stock or running behind...the whole insurance thing is hilarious to me cause how is my insurance active but my husbands isn't and we literally just left quest from getting labs USING our insurance I used to LOVE CVS but now nah I'll just transfer everything to Walgreens

I had an excellent visit with CVS store today when I purchased a gift card. The associate was warm, caring and friendly. She assisted me with a smile and bid me farewell. It was a pleasant doing business at this store. I highly recommend it to customers.

Lynette, the pharmacist at this location, is absolutely amazing! She really does her best to help customers with answering any questions as well as providing the best customer service over the phone and in person. I'm grateful for her kindness and hard work!
