i am a regular here. they take the best care of you. Wide selection of prerolls/ flowers/gummies you name it! the check in lady is super sweet and always has a warm smile and the check in gentlemen also are super kind and efficient. as far as the vendors i never had an issue with them, they are very knowledgeable and if they are ever out of something you want they always have a back up for you. i would say they are 10/10 but to be honest they broke the scale with their greatness

I stopped coming here because there have been multiple times I found misleading labels being slapped on old products to try and re-sell. The bud is not strong and it feels like this place always gives old product pretending to be fresh. I won’t be back and I’m really sad a place I once was excited about is no longer reputable.

I’ve been going to Gotham Buds for quite some time, primarily to support the business in Harlem. Overall, my interactions with the team have been positive. However, my experience today was disappointing. When I arrived, the woman who is usually at the entrance was not at the counter. A gentleman greeted me, checked my ID, and invited me in with my dog along with others waiting to go inside. While I was waiting to be served, the woman who is normally at the door suddenly appeared and stated loudly that everyone in line needed to leave the store and that dogs were not allowed inside. The gentleman who initially checked me in informed her that everyone in line had already been checked, but her tone and attitude were so abrupt and dismissive that I felt completely disrespected. Rather than escalate the situation, I chose to leave. I’m not leaving a one-star review because of a single negative interaction, but the experience was upsetting enough that I won’t be returning—especially when there are several other places where I can spend my hard-earned money.
