Better price check!! I wanted to use Infinity since they are one of few “local” pharmacies around. They are 4 times higher than same exact Rx and quantity at Publix. And when you call to ask about it there is no return and they could not care less. Sad we have to use big box stores but customer service and price is better at Publix…if it was $1 or $2 it would be different but $20 per Rx, that’s out of my budget. This was at the Willow Ave Infinity on 3-1-24

Never had any issues with my compounded prescription until Infinity took over. Constant issues with not getting auto refill or compounded prescription dosing incorrect. Called 2/16/24 to refill was told its done at the other pharmacy; which I assumed was the other Infinity location; they would let them know. 6 days later had not received them called to find out Infinity had sent their compounding to Medplus 2 mths prior but did not feel the need to inform their customers. If this is how they handle customers I wouldn't want to have any prescription filled with them. Bad customer service.

Worst pharmacy in this city!! The actual pharmacist is extremely rude. They once over charged me $10 and when I brought back my receipt they told me they were fixing it but it would take awhile and for me to leave( I was in drive thru). I left as they had the receipt and info and I figured I could trust them... Wrong never got that money back. I never brought it back up when I continued to go there as I didn't have the receipt and it was only 10 dollars. Cut too this past week. I get there at 12:30 they close at 1 on Saturday they told me the total and said my husband had 2 prescription to pick up I thought I was only picking up one but okay he must of had something else no biggie get home after shopping and groceries and they gave him a medicine he doesn't use (a 3 month supply!?!) and an inhaler he didn't need filled all the whole not giving me his anxiety meds I was there to get in the first place.. best part they were then closed. Tried to return the medicine Friday because it was the first time I had the opportunity to get to that side of town. And the pharmacist refused to refund my money. I will never go back in that building I truly hope they feel good about screwing someone out of 70 dollars I whope they find a way to sleep good at night.
