First timer and I loved it. I like how I can see their products online and order them and it has the option to pay online or at the store.. Had my stuff within seconds of getting there.Everyone had a smile on their face and made me feel comfortable, Braden would be one of the reasons I will definitely come back and products were great can't wait to try other brands they carry.

It was my first time at a Jars and I can say I will be back the employee that helped me was so sweet and nice and very helpful. Finding the products I needed. She also gave me great recommendations. Amazing customer service also everybody at the jars was super welcoming and super helpful. Very easy and fast will be back 100%.

I was provided with great customer service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm from out of state, but we have JARS back home in MI too. I'm very glad I stopped in.

Spoke to many managers, supervisors (Morgan ) and shift leads about my situation. It’s sad to see the lack of communication amongst the company. One person tells me they’ll figure it out within 24 hours, another person claims the situation is fixed, the other (being the supervisor Morgan ) claims the situation was never escalated to him. I personally don’t recommend jars to anyone anymore due to the lies and lack or tracking things. They can see my history, see that they needed to merge accounts but claim I have 500 points to zero to 8 to zero. I will continue to recommend my friends and family to zen leaf, mint or story. Those dispensaries track their customers transactions accurately, make sure to communicate loyalty points, and typically have deals that usually sweep jars off their feet. Definitely am going to stop going to jars. And will continue to not recommend other mol, dry, low quality products . As for the managers , supervisors and leads, please stop lying. If you don’t know something, don’t know when you’ll be able to given the answer, or just need more time to. Look into things, then say that. Don’t lie to a customer, making them look stupid every time they walk into a location. It’s exhausting and irritating to be treated like this everytime by you guys.

JARS always has fair prices, good service, special deals, and is welcoming of my dog (who loves any excuse for a car ride and extra attention.) On our most recent visit, Chris seamlessly and brilliantly suggested an upsell - CBD chews for my German Shepherd's mobility (along with givinghim loads of love). How could I say no? :)
