The minute I walk in, I feel welcome. The staff is wonderful and most happy to work with me. I feal special, like my presence is important and valuable. My server was Amanda ( Panda). She was attentive and listened to what I needed. She seemed to have a wealth of info on the product line and what works. I will remain a loyal patron. Thank you Amanda.

Markus was amazing. I do have ONE thing, I was in a hurry coming home from out of town, so had to use my card instead of the usual cash. There was no TIP LINE available to tip my tender. I'm not sure of the reason, may be legit, but I felt really bad not being able to tip him!!! Its not a usual concern of mine, because I'm usually a cash girl, but i wanted to throw it out there!! Thank you Markus! You were great! 💜

Been going to this place since way before rec was legal and have always had a pleasant experience. But today (02/21) on their website they're advertising 1 gram of live concentrate for $25. I place my order for 4 grams, expecting to pay $100 + tax. But when i get there they tell me that 02/21 doesnt start until 8am. For all 48 yrs of my existence each day has began promptly at 12 midnight, but not today, because apparently todays running 8 hours behind. I'll still go back but this is the textbook definition of false advertisement.

Tyler was super helpful. Everyone is always friendly and very enthusiastic about helping me get exactly what I am wanting. I have had a few issues with pens before. They not only gave me a new one for free but it was even a much nicer one than I had bought previously. This is my favorite shop in KC.

This is by far my new favorite dispensary! It’s very inviting and the staff are really friendly. They have great daily deals, select discounts and a rewards program. As a first time buyer we got a great deal on our flower and they gave us a 20% discount.

Maisie was awesome! She’s very knowledgeable and quick while being personable. They had a “promo” tonight and she first explained to me what it was and good uses before offering it. She was smiling and super bubbly the entire transaction! Thank you Maisie!! Can’t wait to try the oil!!

It was my first dispensary visit. He made me completely comfortable and helped me find what I needed. I will definitely be going back!

For the first time ever I was insulted by the security. I was told that policy is NO backpacks in the store. My purse is a little backpack, I've never been approached with regards to not being able to carry it in to the dispensary. Then it was suggested that I leave my purse in my car while I shopped. Why would that be a good idea to leave my personal belongings in the car! Credit cards,drivers license, house keys etc. unattended. I then explained that it is my purse and that they were welcome to search it because I was not wanting to leave it unattended in the parking lot. But they refused my solution.I will no longer be purchasing from Blue Springs dispensary. I will be going out of my way to Lake Lotawana in the future. My friend Daniel the security guard always takes great care of me. And I've never been insulted by any of the staff.
