These people are CROOKS and SCAMMERS!! DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!! They short you and also do not give all prescribed herbs.
My mom had a list of herbs prescribed by her herbal doctor that she was trying to fill. After going to several herb shops, she was told each time that they did not have a specific herb. Upon going here, she was quickly told and assured that they had everything. After purchasing the herbs and specific quantities, she went home and weighed and checked everything. Not only was she short 80 grams of herbs, she was missing 2 essential herbs!

DO NOT come to this place to buy anything .
1. The lady working there is very mean. Her service has been really appalling. And I feel like she is not friendly at all. last Month I order the same Herb from her. Both of the herb different price. As it turned out , I think she is not honest enough.
2. The man who works for them started yelling at me. His language was often crude. They don’t have a set price for some of the herbals they sell.

I regretted after taking my pulse here. It was taken by the owner of this shop( a little bald). It happened because the master was not there and only the owner there. He claimed that he is the 3rd generation of some kind of ... Never return after, he also force me to take more herb packages and take the tablet medicine when I refuse to take so many , he got mad .. Crazy and Hope the owner will treat the customer nicely too

This place is a ripoff, everything here is at least triple the prices of other herb stores. They told me that there already ingredients increased by many fold, but it funny that other herb stores don't have this problem. The man doesn't like it when you question the prices and will insult you for bringing it up. Overall poor experience, both financially and customer service wise.

Was a formal frequent customer who referred many Traditional Chinese Medicine users there until their prices skyrocketed multiple fold. Their price before was more expensive, but I didn’t ask too much since they argue their quality deserves more expensive payment, then recently I realized after comparing with herbs and prices from other herb stores that I was being charged more than triple for the medicine with no better quality. After asking them about this price gouging, the guy got defensive, insulted me, and shouted to me that their labor is hundred times more expensive than others’, and if we would dare to compare we shouldn’t come back to beg them! Well that is the last bit of advice I will take from them.
